12,000 SF fire station needs electrical upgrade and emergency generator added. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is added to the existing 1,000A switchboard for emergency power supply. Also circuit breakers located at the existing Motor Control Center (MCC) are modified.

This single-story 55,000 SF warehouse is located by the beautiful east coast beach of Florida. It is used for cold storage purpose.

Orthopedic Clinic

FutureMEP is proud to design the electrical system for the 9,000 SF new construction of orthopedic center in Dallas. The service of the building is 208V, 3 phase, 600A. There are 3 phases for the construction where coordination with disciplines such as structural, mechanical, plumbing and architectural are critical to ensure timely completion of the project.

Mosque

Town of Huntington, New York

This is a special purpose building used for worshiping. It has 2 stories plus a basement. This 50,000 SF building is divided into spaces of different functions including office, reading room, lobby, administration, locker rooms, gym & fitness center, vocational room and storage. It also has an elevator.

Subway Tunnel

San Francisco, California

Upper level of Muni Metro needs lighting remodel in order to provide sufficient lighting to the existing subway tunnel. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is added to provide emergency lighting and power. There are 80 light fixtures to be installed along the 2,000 feet tunnel which connects three subway stations.

Plant Warehouse

One of the four warehouse buildings designated for plant indoor cultivation needs remodeling. It is a 18,000 SF building with 12 green house rooms. New electrical equipment are added with coordination with Mechanical changes.

Educational Facility

Washington DC

This is 1,600 SF commercial building located on 2nd floor. It is being converted from a retail store to an academy facility. There are study rooms, meeting rooms and computer rooms for the learning students.
